Move around actively. Go on walks or exercise. |

Try to help yourself as much as possible. |

If possible, schedule a break to go outside of the shelter. |

[Consult a medical staff or volunteers for the following symptoms] |

Pain in your bones or joints, or if you have injuries from the evacuation. |
|
If you notice any hazards inside the shelter. |
|
You do not have the cane, pair of glasses, and/or the shoes, etc. that you used to use close at hand. |
