Advice for the Aged: Everyday Life at the Shelter- physical activity

 
[Solutions]
 
Move around actively. Go on walks or exercise.
 
Try to help yourself as much as possible.
 
If possible, schedule a break to go outside of the shelter.
 
[Consult a medical staff or volunteers for the following symptoms]
 
Pain in your bones or joints, or if you have injuries from the evacuation.
 
If you notice any hazards inside the shelter.
 
You do not have the cane, pair of glasses, and/or the shoes, etc. that you used to use close at hand.
