Het aantal gebruikers per ruimte ligt aan gekozen abonnement. Dat kan anders zijn bij verschillende ruimtes. Let ook op dat in Nozbe:

Heb je al een ruimte en wil je nog één hebben? Het wordt dat automatisch omgezet naar gratis proefperiode voor 7 dagen. Je mag alleen één Premium ruimte tijdens gratis proefperiode hebben.
Er is geen beperking qua aantal Premium ruimtes. Vergeet toch niet dat elke ruimte een aparte subscriptie vereist.
Naarmate je zaak groeit, en je meer werkruimtes op je Nozbe account nodig hebt, kun je het overwegen om Business abonnement aan te schaffen.
Als je team blijft groeien, overweeg te upgraden naar Business.

Hoe kan ik upgraden?
Open jouw Nozbe account, druk op een tandwiel icoon ⚙️ > “Wijzig plan”, en kies “Business”.
Het systeem zal ongebruikt saldo van je vorige subscripties automatisch berekenen en de geldigheidsdatum van je nieuwe subscriptie aanpassen.
Wat gebeurt er als ik al meerdere Premium ruimtes op mijn account heb?
Nadat je jouw ruimte naar Busines gewijzigd hebt, kun je ook andere ruimte toevoegen. Let erop dat je de eigenaar van de ruimte moet zijn.
Om dat te doen, druk op “…” (Beheren) knop links, onder de lijst van jouw ruimtes en druk op de naam van je Business.
Kies dan “Ruimtes”> “Ruimtes toevoegen”, selecteer een ruimte van de lijst en bevestig.
De resterende tijd van je Premium subscriptie zal door het systeem worden berekend en toegevoegd aan je Business abonnement als extra dagen van geldigheid.

Ons online betalingssysteem accepteert bijna alle betaalmethoden. De meeste creditcards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express en vele anderen), PayPal en Apple Pay natuurlijk. We accepteren zelfs Sofort Banking, WebMoney, UnionPay en Trustly. Met een Pools factuuradres kan er ook giraal betaald worden.
Nozbe is ook verkrijgbaar via een in-app aankoop binnen de Apple App Store en Google Play.
Stripe en Verifone zijn onze online betalingspartners, en zij verzorgen alle betalingen en facturen. Let op, wij brengen geen extra kosten in rekening, maar je bank misschien wel (ook al zouden we willen dat ze dat niet deden).
Begin klein maar blijf groeien! Flexibiliteit is een significant voordeel van het Nozbe account. Je betaalt voor de aantallen die je nodig hebt. De eigenaar van het ruimte kan dit op elk moment aanpassen.
Het nieuwe plan gaat gelijk van start zonder dat je daar nog eens extra voor hoeft te betalen. Ons systeem zal berekenen hoeveel geld er nog over is van je oude abonnement en de vervaldatum van je nieuwe plan zal op basis daarvan aangepast worden.
Deze flexibiliteit kunnen we alleen via ons online betalingssysteem aanbieden. Apple App Store of Google Play betalingen komen hier niet voor in aanmerking.
We bieden een 30 dagen geld terug garantie aan op alle bestellingen die via ons online betalingssysteem geplaatst zijn.
Annuleer je Nozbe account, na betaling, binnen 30 dagen en neem daarna contact op met onze Klantenservice.
Bankkosten worden niet vergoed.
Betalingen die via de App Store of Google Play gegaan zijn kunnen alleen terugbetaald worden via die diensten. Neem daarom direct contact op met de App Store of Google Play.
Prijzen gelden voor het hele team en zijn exclusief btw, die wordt toegevoegd op basis van je factuurland. Het Free plan is gratis voor maximaal 3 personen.
Plannen zijn beschikbaar in vaste teamgroottes: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12, 15, 20, 25, 30, 40, 50, 60, 75, 100, 150, 200 gebruikers. Staat jouw teamgrootte er niet bij, kies dan het eerstvolgende grotere plan, bijvoorbeeld het plan voor 12 gebruikers voor een team van 11.
Prijzen zijn beschikbaar in EUR, GBP, JPY, PLN, USD. De prijzen hierboven worden getoond in de valuta van jouw locatie.
