One of my favorite things about Nozbe as a company is how much you care for your customers instead of just trying to sell a product.

I have been using Nozbe since the very first version. I have carefully considered everything else on the market, Asana, Omnifocus, Trello, Things, Remember the Milk—you name it. But I am glad I stuck with Nozbe. It works the way I work. The interface is fast, elegant, and intuitive. The integration with Evernote is a game-changer. I HIGHLY recommend it!

The best task manager I’ve found - Fast, Easy, Thorough! Nozbe is an excellent task and project application. I’ve used a number of them (RTM, ToDo Cloud, Reminders, ad nauseum) because I was frustrated with either the interface, backups, multiple device support, or crashes.

I have been flitting around various GTD and to-do apps and as soon as I tried Nozbe I felt it was at home. The more I used Nozbe the more I realised that my system of work wasn't the best and Nozbe's features helped me refine and become much more productive. Now I use Nozbe for everything from remembering to buy the babies nappies at home to implementing an ERP at work!

So, today, I worked with the Nozbe system for my first real day of work. I was able to easily and quickly get all of my hundred or so Tasks out of my Nozbe (GTD) Inbox and into the appropriate Contexts, Projects, and Next Actions. By the end of my day, I had not only accomplished about 20 of my tasks -- phone calls and what not -- but I was also able to ORGANIZE MY LIFE like a Ninja, as Mr. Sliwinski refers to the more competent Nozbe users.

Nozbe templates work great! I have a master template for 'New projects' so that all the required tasks are covered - goals, purpose, etc. I also use them for reoccurring check lists. For example - I have templates for Camping trips, Orienting new employees, and even a 'Go-live Software checklist'. Once you start with one, you'll find how easy they are to use.

I found Nozbe by chance, and after watching the tutorial it was simple to use and easy to get started. The integration with Evernote and Google Calendar is what sold me - being able to see my calendar of events is exactly what I was looking for. I just upgraded my subscription, and will hopefully attract my team to start using this as well. Thank you guys for making an excellent application, and keep on keepin' on!

I recently moved in with my fiance, and Nozbe has proved to be a great way to communicate about necessary household tasks. I'm a busy guy... I am a Stay-at-Home Dad, who doesn't stay at home! While I'm managing the household chores and to do list, I also operate a Fitness Business that includes online coaching, meeting with Physicians to discuss their clients and working with clients for physical fitness.... Oh, I also am in college working on my Clinical Nutrition degree. For years, I've tweaked with systems and management tools. I have a computer, Iphone and Ipad... And I had different tools on each one. Evernote, Google Drive, Nozbe, Todo, WorkFlowy, The Brain, etc... But nothing really brought it all together because I was just spending too much time "trying things out". This year, I decide to pick something and just go with it! This year I dedicated myself to go paperless which meant kicking out the pad of paper that had my Daily To Do list scribbled on it. I played with multiple To Do list from Google, WorkFlowy and AnyDo... But as I tinkered with them, I kept asking myself, "How does this compare with Nozbe?" The answer was, they do not! Because the Nozbe system was built for real world solutions. We have tasks, to do's and Project. Each project has it's own To Do's. And it you try to manage them all without a system, you are going to be overwhelmed. My system now comprises of Google Drive, Google Calendar (Which is synced to Nozbe!- Wow... what a mind blower that was!), and Nozbe. I have fallen in love with the Nozbe calendar and how it syncs with the Google Calendars. Now all my project management, calendar appointments Daily To Do's all sync up on my Iphone, Ipad and Laptop. It's really amazing!! And when something get's done, it feels great to Check it off!

Nozbe is pretty cool. First of all, I thought its not for me, but today I can't work without it. The multi platform, different OS's, integration with Evernote and the GTD Method is awesome and you guys put all together to an great app/service. I use Nozbe for many private things and for business. I have to tackle lots of things at work and wait for responses from others and with Nozbe I can track it.

I tried _every_ app out there, running my life on this tool for a few weeks/month at a stretch and I guess I must have tried over 30 of them in the process. Nozbe is by far the most versatile planning and task management tool I have come across. I have tailored it to be used for my annual, monthly, weekly and daily planning workflows. I use it to focus on and track my current goals and milestones, while I also use it to sketch out those that I am dreaming of to take up in the near future.

Nozbe is one of the first task managers that let me work within the GTD system. It's also very easy to see individual tasks, or review a project. Just a really nice product to use.

Love the app. It's become my go-to personal productivity app, and I've tried many, MANY similar apps. Nozbe has stuck with me by far the longest and I don't see that changing.

Nozbe is wonderful. It allows you to assign lengths of time to specific tasks, which is especially useful for a scheduler like me. Its clean design is low-friction and brings tasks into center focus.

Here's a current example: my wife just had major surgery, and so I'm doing a lot of work from home the next 2 weeks while I help her recover. I didn't have to worry about transporting a lot of lists and files home. With Nozbe+Evernote, my whole productivity system goes with me as long as I have my iPhone and/or iPad. It's nice not having to worry about transferring paper documents and checklists. I can be just as productive from home.

I have tried so many different task managers available on the market. I use them for a bit and then begin to find that just pen and paper are so much easier to use. The GTD system is too involved for me and I think it takes too much time. I was looking for a task manager with a good interface (like the old Action Method) that would be easy to use. Thus far, the newest version of Nozbe looks great and works well with the Action Method process.

Every time you would say "Good luck!" at the end of a video, it would make me smile and I would get more excited that I could actually start to have a productive and organized life, finally! I just started a crazy demanding job and have tested out like 10 different task management apps in an attempt to get my life in order. Final verdict: Nozbe is the best. I'm not sure if I could function without it at this point.

Nozbe is fantastic! I didn’t believe that anything would ever help me to get ORGANIZED! I used to have huge problems with time management, concentration and sticking to my goals. It sounds impossible but for the last 3 days (since I’ve started using Nozbe) my productivity has skyrocketed. This task management app has allowed me to simplify my life in a very complex world. I can create tasks and keep them as simple as I'd like with a simple to-do task or I can go as in-depth as I wish by syncing my Evernote and Dropbox and attaching files and previous notes that apply specifically to that task. Along with that I can also collaborate with other teammates on specific tasks and projects by either, them assigning to me or me assigning to them. The activity log is also very helpful so I can keep up with them and their progress with their comments that they're making on specific projects. The ability to categorize by errands, phone, computer, family or whatever the case, allows me to consolidate my todos more efficiently so I can use my time in a way that is more productive for me, my coworkers, my boss, and my family. Thanks Nozbe and keep the improvements coming.

This program has everything you need to integrate your tasks and projects into your work flow. Not as overwhelming as OF and some of the other programs. Integration with Dropbox and Evernote keeps the program linked with your other data. If you are looking for a task management program this is a an excellent choice.

Nozbe made Evernote useful for me. A couple of years ago, I had tried Evernote, but found it was taking work to use it. It was awkward to try to fit it into my work and lifestyle, so I gave up. But after starting to use Nozbe, I watched your videos and took your advice to integrate Dropbox (which I was using regularly) and re-activated Evernote. This time it made sense! And I use it on all my devices in a much more efficient way. Another Nozbe win!

Nozbe. Funny name... but one of the best (if not the best) applications I own period! Together with Evernote, Dropbox, and Google Calendar I now have a well-oiled productivity machine; my "Trusted System." I rarely forget a thing and when I do it's usually because I forget to put it in my system! As long as I've used Nozbe, I still need work around the edges and continually strive to get better.
