By using the Nozbe.com web site ("Service"), a service of Apivision.com company ("Apivision.com"), you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). Please read these Terms and ensure that you have understood them.

User account ("Account")

To use the Service you need to sign up for an Account using your legal full name and a valid email address. You will be asked to confirm your email address during the Account sign up process.

You must be a human (accounts created by automated methods or scripts are not permitted) of an age of at least 13 in order to create the Account and use the Service.

One Account may be used by one person. One person may have more than one Account.

Multi-user Accounts are groups of single Accounts gathered under one Account, which acts as an administrator of the group.

Your activity

You are responsible for all the activity and content associated with your Account.

Apivision.com claims no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the Service. Your profile and materials uploaded remain yours.

You are responsible for keeping your password to the Service safe at all times. Apivision.com will not be held liable for any damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

You are responsible for using the Service in a legal manner and you must not violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

In the event that Apivision.com, in its sole discretion, considers that you are making any illegal and/or unauthorized use of the Service, and/or your use of bthe Service is in breach of these Terms, Apivision.com reserves the right to take any action that it deems necessary, including suspending access to your Account and, in the case of illegal use, instigating legal proceedings.

You have the right to terminate using the Service and cancel your account. You can cancel your account at any time by logging in to webapp.nozbe.com and clicking on the Account link in the global navigation bar at the top of the screen. The Account screen provides a simple, no questions asked two-click instant cancellation process. All of your Content will be immediately deleted from the Service upon cancellation.

Verbal, physical, written or other abuse (including threats of abuse or retribution) of any Apivision.com customer, employee, member, or officer may result in immediate account suspension.

Although we offer high-grade SSL encryption for all the Account holders, you understand that the technical processing and transmission of the Service, including your content, may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.

If your bandwidth usage significantly exceeds the average bandwidth usage (as determined solely by Apivision.com) of other Account holders, Apivision.com reserves the right to immediately suspend your account or throttle your file hosting until you can reduce your bandwidth consumption.

Payments (Upgrading / Downgrading)

Apivision.com is using authorized resellers such as Paylane, PayPal, 2Checkout.com, Przelewy24.pl or Multicards.com to sell Accounts.

You will need an active PayPal account in order to pay through PayPal or a valid credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) to buy from our authorized resellers such as Paylane, 2Checkout.com or Multicards.com or a Polish-based bank account to buy from Przelewy24.pl.

The service is billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. These billing cycles have been created for your convenience.

You may only upgrade to a higher plan with the same or longer billing cycle. You may upgrade at any time and if you do, you will be charged a pro-rata amount for the new plan, meaning, you will be charged a full price of the new payment plan subtracted by the unused credit from your previous plan.

You may downgrade or cancel at any time. If you downgrade to a lower paying plan, you will be charged the new plan immediately and your old plan will stop billing.

Should the difference in the new plan's price (whether you upgrade or downgrade) and the unused credit be equal or less than 0, you will be charged a symbolic $1/1EUR/100JPY/1GBP/1PLN by us to be able to successfully authorize your credit card. This symbolic charge will be credited back to your account as additional time for your new plan.

If you downgrade or cancel, you will be responsible for all the charges already incurred - Apivision.com doesn't offer pro-rata refunds.

Downgrading your Service may cause the loss of content, features, or capacity of your Account. Apivision.com does not accept any liability for such loss.

If you are an EU (European Union) citizen, you will pay in EUR or PLN and these prices already include standard sales tax (VAT) of Poland. If you are a company based in EU outside of Poland and have an EU-registered valid VAT-number, you will not be charged the VAT tax. If you live outside of the EU, you will pay in USD (American Dollars) and these prices don't include the VAT tax.

If you cancel the Service before the end of your payment cycle, your cancellation will take effect immediately and you will not be charged again.

Apivision.com offers 30-days money-back guarantee on all orders. Please note that canceling a Nozbe account doesn't automatically mean a request for a refund. If you are not happy with the Service, you can contact Apvision.com for a full refund under: support@nozbe.com


Apivision.com may suspend the Service for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to, repairs, planned maintenance or upgrades, and will not be liable to you for any such suspension.

Apivision.com reserves the right to make any changes to the Service or to discontinue any aspect or feature of the Service without notice, and will not be liable to you for any such change.

Apivision.com, in its sole discretion, has the right to suspend your Account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service, for any reason at any time.

In cases of suspension, Apivision.com will assist you with exporting your data before deleting your account.

Apivision.com reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without the express written permission by Apivision.com.


Nozbe, Nozbe.com and other marks indicated on our site are registered trademarks of Apivision.com in Poland (Europe), European Union and other countries. All the graphics, logos, page headers, button icons are trademarks or trade dress of Apivision.com. Apivision.com's trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not Apivision.com's, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits Apivision.com. All other trademarks not owned by Apivision.com or its subsidiaries that appear on this site are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by Apivision.com or its subsidiaries.

Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liabilities

Apivision.com servers are located in the United States of America, Europe and Japan in a secure environment, protected by an alarm installation, which is monitored 7 days a week, 24 hours per day.

All relevant files and data on Apivision.com servers, including those containing your data stored and processed through the Service, are backed up and stored in a fire and theft protected location, which is separate from the location of Apivision.com servers. The full backups of Apivision.com servers is being performed daily whereas the full backups of user Account data is being performed on a constant basis to ensure your data is safe at all times.

Apivision.com does not warrant for the website and the service it is providing. Apivision.com disclaims any warranty of title, merchantability, non-infringement, or fitness for a particular purpose. the service and the website are distributed on the "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied. You agree to use the Service at your own risk.

Apivision.com is not responsible for any delay or failure in performance due to Force Majeure or other occurrences that are beyond Apivision.com's reasonable control. Apivision.com is not responsible for short, temporary and accidental suspension of the Service, as the result of the circumstances which Apivision.com could not foresee or suspect.

The Customer recognizes that Apivision.com does not own or control other networks, information and systems outside of its own network, nor is Apivision.com responsible for performance or non-performance within such networks.


Apivision.com reserves the right to update and change Service and its elements, including the Terms from time to time without prior notice. Any new features that augment or enhance the current Service, including but not limited to the release of new features, tools and resources, will be subject to the Terms. Continued use of the Service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

The most current version of the Terms is available at any time on this site

This Service shall be interpreted and construed according to, and governed by, the laws of the Republic of Poland, excluding any such laws that might direct the application of the laws of another jurisdiction. The law of the Republic of Poland and Polish Court shall be the governing jurisdiction.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is of most importance to us.

When you sign up for Nozbe, your data is being stored in our database and you are automatically subscribed to a Nozbe Users' Newsletter.

Your data won't be shared or sold to anyone, for any reason. You have the right to remove your account and delete your data if you wish. It's all up to you.

You can un-subscribe from the Newsletter at any time by clicking on the link at the bottom of every Email message you would receive.

When processing payments we don't store your credit card details on our servers. We only send them to our bank for validation.
