
Position: Customer Service Representative (m/f/d)
Working Hours: Part/Full-time (~4/8 hours per day)

About Us
Nozbe is a leading project management app that helps people organize and complete tasks efficiently worldwide.
We are seeking a motivated Customer Service representative with translation skills for a long-term part or full-time position, which can be done remotely from home. You will not only support customers but also review translations and ensure the quality of the Nozbe website and app.
Your Tasks
- Customer Support: Answering customer inquiries and providing assistance with using the Nozbe app
- Translation Proofreading: Reviewing and proofreading existing translations in the app and help pages
- Updates and Adjustments: Updating and adjusting content on the website and app to ensure translations are clear and correct
- Troubleshooting: Resolving technical issues and clarifying questions about app features
- Customer Communication: Addressing complaints and feedback
- Creating Help Guides: Developing helpful materials and FAQs for users
- What You Should Bring:
- Perfect command of Polish and English
- Fluency in one of the following languages (or any other foreign language) will be an asset:
- Norwegian
- Swedish
- Danish
- Finnish
- Experience in translation and proofreading, ideally in the software or technical documentation field
- Familiarity with the Nozbe apps (Desktop and mobile) or willingness to quickly learn
- Excellent writing skills – you love crafting clear and concise communication
- Friendly, helpful, and communicative personality
- High degree of responsibility, organizational skills, and a problem-solving attitude
- Bonus: You have read David Allen’s book Getting Things Done!
