Although we’ve launched Nozbe Teams, we will continue to support Nozbe Personal too, and there is no need to change apps. You can continue using it with your team.
However, if your team is growing, or if you are curious about Nozbe Teams, you can check it out and see what it offers!
Will I need a new account?
Yes. Nozbe Teams is a separate app. It means that you will need to sign up and create a new account.
Remember to watch this short video to help you take your first steps with Nozbe Teams.
Will I see all my Nozbe Personal data?
Not automatically. Nozbe Teams has a separate database, so when you create an account there, you won’t see your Nozbe Personal tasks and projects. There is no synchronization between the apps. If you decide to try Nozbe Teams, we encourage you to import two or three projects from Nozbe Personal (or create new ones) and test the app with your team.
Here are the instructions for importing projects.
Will I be able to use the same features that Nozbe Personal offers?
Nozbe Teams has different features than the Nozbe app you know. For more information, please go to question nr 4.
If after testing Nozbe Teams for some time, you decide that it is a better choice for your team, you can easily migrate your data.
Will I be able to import all my data to Nozbe Teams?
To import your active projects to Nozbe Teams, please follow these instructions.
You may also contact our Customer Support for assistance.
It is not possible to import templates or completed tasks and projects. Please also note that importing data only works one-way; it won’t be possible to move it back to Nozbe Personal.
Where can I find information about Nozbe Teams plans and pricing?
For information on plans and pricing, visit our website.
What if I still have an active Nozbe Personal subscription?
We will stop your Nozbe Personal subscription and recalculate the unused funds that will then extend the validity of your Nozbe Teams account.
Please contact our Customer Support for more details.
Transferring funds cannot be undone.
What will happen to my Nozbe Personal account?
After we stop your Nozbe Personal subscription, your account will expire. You will still have access to your data. However, the synchronization
will stop, which means that new changes in tasks and projects won’t be saved.
Will it be possible to go back to Nozbe Personal?
If for some reasons you decide that you want to go back to Nozbe Personal, you will be able to renew the subscription again anytime in the future. However, importing projects and transferring funds cannot be undone. It’s a one-way ticket.
If you have any questions or need any help, please contact our Customer Support.
In both apps you will find the same core structure based on projects, tasks and comments. However, Nozbe Teams and Nozbe Personal are two separate apps that offer different solutions, and so their features differ.
If you have already read about the five fundamental differences and want to know more, here is a comparison of some main features.
