Importing Nozbe Personal data to Nozbe is easy!

You can test the new Nozbe app in the space with imported data for free for 30 days.
The original data and subscription will remain in your Nozbe Personal account.
If the new Nozbe works for you, you can later transfer the unused time from your Nozbe Personal subscription to Nozbe.

Enter your Nozbe Personal credentials in the place indicated on the page and click the green Import button to start it.

A new Nozbe account (if you don’t have it yet) and a space with imported data will be created automatically.

Multiple workspaces

Create a space for your company, team, or to separate work & personal life. Start with one Free space, upgrade to Premium or set up multiple spaces on the Business plan.

Nozbe Messages

Send one-on-one messages to anyone on your team directly from the Nozbe app. And if a chat results in new ideas, quickly create a task from the message and add it to one of your projects.

Priority & Incoming

In Nozbe Personal, some tasks are added to your Priority list automatically. In Nozbe, you have the Incoming view for all tasks that require your attention, and Priority – entirely controlled by you.

Projects

Projects in Nozbe are accessible to everyone in your team by default - no need to manage invitations. You can also create private or limited access projects, and add selected projects to Favourite or Followed.

Project sections

In your Nozbe projects, you can add multiple project sections to group tasks and organize the workload. Easily expand or collapse them, and if you need, convert a section into a new project.

Sharing single tasks

In Nozbe, you can share a project with another space. You can also share just one task from any of your projects with a team member who doesn’t have access to it, or with anyone, even people who don’t have a Nozbe account yet.

Multiple reminders

Besides due date, in Nozbe, you can also add multiple reminders to any task, even if it’s not assigned to you. Receive push and email notifications to ensure all steps are completed on time.

Custom recurrence & end recurrence

If you need a more complex recurring scheme for your task, you can choose one of the custom options. You can also decide whether and when the recurrence should end: never, on date or after X times.
