FAQ

  • 1. Is my data safe?

Nozbe is proudly built and hosted within the European Union. We are fully GDPR compliant, meeting the highest European standards of privacy and data protection.

We take a thoughtful, responsible approach to AI. CSV imports are processed on our own servers, while new projects created via prompt are powered by Gemini.

  • 2. Can I use Nozbe AI without any limitations?

Nozbe AI comes with usage limits depending on your plan:

    • Free: up to 3 requests
    • Premium: up to 1000 requests
    • Business: up to 2000 requests

These limits help ensure fair use and optimal performance for all users.

  • 3. What is a CSV file and how can I get one?

A CSV file is a simple text file that stores data in a table format.

You can create or get one by exporting from a spreadsheet program like Excel, Google Sheets, or from an AI tool.

Creating projects

    Describe a project

Option 1: Write down what you need and add some details about your project. Plan a promotional campaign, internal training program or your trip abroad.
Option 2: Copy and paste the content prepared by the AI tool you use.

Nozbe AI will automatically create a structured project based on your description, including sections, tasks and comments.

You can then refine and build on this base: edit tasks, add new ones, set priorities, and delegate work to your team members.
