We show how to use Nozbe in daily work and what mistakes to avoid. We teach how to communicate through tasks and manage them effectively. We design communication and tool usage rules. We explain how to run weekly reviews.
4. Post-implementation support
We help maintain the system and good team habits. We offer 1 additional online session dedicated to adjustments and optimization. We provide ongoing support from an account manager who answers team questions via email.
