These are the foundations on which we built Nozbe AI – as a practical extension of the task management app you use to organize your work and personal life.
Create a project in seconds
To add a new AI-generated project:
- open the new project form in Nozbe,
- enter the project name,
- set the access options under “Who can see this project”: only you, selected people, or all space members,
- choose the “Create using AI” option.
Now all you need to do is:
- Describe in your own words exactly what you need (e.g. a marketing campaign, employee onboarding, event organization — add as many details as possible if you have specific needs and expectations for the project being created).
- …or paste a ready-made project description or structure you prepared earlier — even from another AI tool.
Based on that, Nozbe AI will:
- create the project structure,
- suggest sections,
- generate a task list,
- add sample comments and checklists.
This way, you get a ready-to-use project framework that you can immediately refine: edit tasks, assign them to team members, set priorities, and add due dates.
This is especially helpful when you’re starting a project from scratch, have a general idea but lack structure, or want to move quickly from concept to action.
Import a project from a CSV file
The second Nozbe AI feature allows you to import a project from a CSV file.
You can:
- export data from Excel or Google Sheets,
- generate a project structure in another AI tool,
- prepare an action plan in a spreadsheet,
- move data from another task and project management tool.
Then simply import the file into Nozbe, and the system will turn it into a project with tasks.
This is a practical solution for teams that are migrating from other tools, working in spreadsheets, accounting for people who don’t use Nozbe, or want to quickly move their plan into a project and task management app so they can manage it there easily.
Artificial intelligence and data security in Nozbe
We know that project data is sensitive, and we care about our users’ data by default. When preparing AI-based features, we ensured the highest possible standards:
- Nozbe runs on servers located in the European Union,
- we comply with GDPR requirements,
- CSV file imports are processed on our servers,
Only project generation based on prompts uses external AI tools.
We develop AI in Nozbe step by step – to maintain full control over security and quality.
Limits for using Nozbe AI
At this stage, we are analyzing how Nozbe AI is used and have introduced limits depending on the plan:
- Nozbe Free plan: up to 3 queries
- Nozbe Premium: up to 1000 queries
- Nozbe Business: up to 2000 queries
This ensures that all users can use the feature in a stable and predictable way.
AI as support, not a replacement
In practice, AI does not make decisions for you. You still verify the generated tasks, adjust the project to your company’s reality, and set priorities and the direction for your team’s work.
Nozbe AI simply shortens the path from idea to plan. It removes the most time-consuming elements of project preparation so you can focus on what truly requires your attention.
