New Nozbe features: printing tasks, MS Teams, and multi-edit

Some features don’t sound spectacular… until you start using them every day. Today, we’re introducing 3 updates you’ve been asking for — and that truly make work easier: printing task lists, Microsoft Teams integration, and improved multi-editing.

Printing task lists

This is one of those features you’ve been asking about for a long time… and it’s finally here!

You can now print any task list directly from Nozbe, for example from:

  • Inbox
  • Priority
  • Calendar
  • Activity
  • a single project

Just select “Print” from the (…) menu in your current task list view.

What’s important:

  • printing respects filters and sorting — you’ll print exactly what you see on the screen;
  • the printout includes a QR code that takes you back to that list in Nozbe;
  • printing works in the web app, desktop app, as well as on iOS and Android.

This is especially useful when:

  • you want to discuss something offline during a meeting;
  • you’re working with people outside Nozbe;
  • you need a “paper view” for focused work.

Microsoft Teams integration

The second major update is integration with Microsoft Teams.

If you use Teams daily, you can now connect it with Nozbe and keep your tasks closer to your communication.

What can you do?

  • See Nozbe activity directly in Teams
  • Open tasks from within Teams
  • Set reminders for Nozbe tasks
  • Create tasks in Nozbe (also from Teams comments)
  • Jump from a Nozbe task to a Teams conversation

Nozbe integration with MS Teams

This is especially helpful for teams that:

  • communicate heavily in MS Teams,
  • deal with a client in MS Teams and collaborate internally in Nozbe,
  • want to quickly turn conversations into actionable tasks,
  • need less context switching between tools.

Multi-edit — new options

If you work with a larger number of tasks, this update will save you time and reduce frustration.

New options have been added to multi-edit (editing multiple tasks at once):

  • Prepend the task name - add text at the beginning of selected task names
  • Follow / Unfollow selected tasks

This makes it easier to:

  • standardize task naming,
  • mark tasks you want to follow and track in the Activity view,
  • reduce noise in your Activity feed.

These are small improvements, but in practice they save a lot of time — especially in larger projects.
